Payoneer transaction failed

Hi there i received money ,it processed and loaded money after converting into INR(conversion rate is more than what paypal converts) bout today it shows status returned and cancelled... so still not arrived in my bank or my clixsense account

Exactly same happened to me on Feb 14, 2017. Raised two tickets with Payoneer, but their customer support is not responding.

may be your bank declined the transaction....though it should not happen.

if you don't mind, which bank is it?

@Ashish07: It's SBI. The status of transaction on Payoneer shows "Processed and loaded" though initially showed "Returned". I get regular Payoneer payments from other sites without any issues.

Did you use Payoneer to get ClixSense payment? If yes, how was your experience?

no i have not used Payoneer before that's why i'm concerned, i've requested payout through Payoneer 5 times and cancelled them later because i would read something negative about it everytime :lol: :lol: :lol:

i don't know how i'm gonna withdraw....my bank is also SBI, so i'm more concerned now. :x

I have raised a ticket with Payoneer as well as ClixSense. I will keep you posted, if I hear something from them.

Whats the issue in transferring to bank account ? Is it the reason for transfer or the issue in the conversion to inr ? :? :?:

I was thnking of withdrawing through payoneer ..but looking at the issues faced by user its quite confusing whether to cashout through them :mrgreen:

I use Payoneer for other websites as well, and the transfer happens the next working day upon receiving email from them.

it's almost 2 weeks......how can people trust Payoneer with that crappy service :thumbdown: :thumbdown: :thumbdown:

and it's not just you..i have read reviews in their forum, lot of people have lots of problem with their service. :thumbdown:

ramesh i have a suggestion for you... Payoneer have live chat option....u can go chat with them about your problem, email is not going to do it...don't leave it as it is.

One more query to them who have withdrawn money via payoneer ..Do you have withdraw button or it is withdrawn automatically ? :thumbup:

me also same problem funds not transferred to bank account

the transaction entry has been done with exchange rate but not in bank account.

have all details in their payment history details

will see in support and live chat today

If no proper reply then we are duped with this payoneer account

now it displayed as the entry for bank transfer is cancelled and returned

don't know now to whom the money is returned now

nicely so many years paypal was going well. this new processor now turned this way

let the CS admin know what is happening...they may be able to tell what is happening.

and yes with Paypal everything was going great, now everything is jeopardized, what good is it to make money if you can not get it out?
