I went through all of this with several other PTC sites which also had Paypal issues, and am just fine with getting checks mailed for only $1, best and safest way if you can do that, thanks Clixsense for having that option!

I have managed to chat with support guy today. They actually don't have an idea what's happening. They sent me a proof showing the payment had been sent to bank, but I don't see it my bank account. Finally, they asked me to send bank statement, so they can confirm, and investigate further.

This is happening to ClixSense payments only, as I don't have any issues with payments from other sites.

I will update you once I hear from them.

Yes even they asked me the same thing to do contact the bank and let them know all is a big confusion shouldn't have opted for payoneer

This is from admin thread when CS introduced Payoneer:

"Please note the minimum cashout through Payoneer is $20.00, however the minimum you can send from your Payoneer account to your bank account varies by country starting at $25.00. Be sure to check the fee schedule before requesting your bank transfer."

I did ask Payoneer support, if there is such thing, and they said there is no threshold. Not sure who know what's happening :(

@valerie, can you help us requesting admin to contact Payoneer please?

My guess is, Payonner has made some mistake while setting up mass payment account for CS.

Just got a reply from our friendly customer support (CS) that they are looking into it :) I am sure this issue will be resolved soon.

I received my payment within two days without any problem...Payoneer gives better exchange rate than Paypal.

for higher amount Payoneer is certainly the best choice.....

no...it did not fail....my transaction went smoothly.I withdrew about $150

i think it has something to do with the amount...any transaction amounting lower than $50 will probably fail(just my theory,i read somewhere that min withdrawal amount is $50)

i guess you did not receive your money yet. :( keep talking with them,you will receive yours soon....

Payoneer has association with mastercard and other big companies...so they are not going to cheat you out of your money. have faith

Thanks bro, I am also guessing this is related to amount, but when I ask customer support, they say there is no minimum threshold amount for transferring to bank account, and my amount has already been transferred (though I didn't get it). Let me do one more deposit, and see if the payment goes through. I am not sure what the minimum amount required is, because they themselves (customer support) don't know about it. But, I am taking risk again.

Ramesh,

don't put any more money into Payoneer as of now...if that money also does not come through you will have double worry....it also does not make much sense to put more money because their customer support says there is no limit.....if you see Sony's posts he also did not receive his $40 but received the other $70 that he put in later...so putting additional money may not solve the issue.

i think you should first check your banking details that you have given to Payoneer(you most likely have done that)....if your banking details are correct then it is entirely Payoneer's fault....

in that case, ask them politely to track that money down and return it to your Payoneer acount or even better in your bank a/c.

CS processed my cashout request($41) on Feb 24 and I got the money into my bank a/c[SBI] on Feb 28

From CS i withdrew on Feb 8th still not received

Thanks Ashish for your advice, I will only withdraw when the amount is $50 or more. I think the previous money is lost, I don't know where it ended up.

in first mail i asked them the payment they said we had issues in servers and will load the amount

they loaded the amount and now they are saying that we have to confirm with their bank where is the entry ?

Their support is so slow for one mail to reply they take 5 days or 7 days

for one entry of $40 so many replies and still not materialised. may be i'm the unlucky member who has to follow up with them for my own money to get

@Sonymj: Their chat support is pretty responsive and helpful. Maybe you should give it a shot.

I had entered the wrong IFSC code ( same bank but of a different branch) and got it corrected by contacting them via chat. Got the payment re-processed and received the payment in my bank account on the same day itself.
