I had also filed a online complaint with SBI a few days back, and today they have generated a ticket :) Woh Hindi movies mein hota hai na, sab kuch ho jaane ke baad Police aati hai, waisa kaam karte hai hamare nationalised banks :)

I demanded explanation from Payoneer, and here is the reply I got :)

We are glad to hear you have received your payment.

Please understand that in order for Payoneer to be able to do what we do, we need to employ other intermediary financial institutions to transfer money from point-to-point. Transfers may seem to disappear, but there is always a trail to follow. It can take time to trace a transfer to try to find where it has been held last.

We have reported this issue to our bank transfer team and they are working on and with the companies that we work with to try to improve the transfers of funds.

We do appreciate your patience and understanding in the matter.

Please know that all of us on the Payoneer Team strive to give the service and customer service that we can and we value you as one of our customers.

If you have any other issues or questions, when they do arise, please feel free to contact us.

In the meantime, please be well

Sent them a thank you note, and told them they should send such detail response rather than sending template emails. That would help them in gaining customers' confidence.

Another email from Payoneer just now. I use Payoneer and PayPal 50/50 percent, and also get direct bank deposits from Indian customers.

Again Payoneer have problem sending me my 175$ ... it sent me confirmation of transfer receipt but it has not arrived in bank bank for more than 5 working days ... It told me to contact bank .. has any1 hot money back after contacting bank??? Last 3 transactions were so fast bt this time i have a problem with payoneer too.... how to solve any1??

Did all your previous Payoneer transfers gone through? Looks like the issue with the financial institutions they are using for CS. From other site I am using since more than two years, transfer happens immediately the next day.

I believe, you will not lose your money. Keep us posted, we will fight together with them, if that doesn't happen.

When did you cashed out .. i have also not received money yet ..my money got transferred on 30th of march ...its still 3 working day ..today is the 4th one ...delay might be due to calendar change and 1st and 2nd april being holiday :thumbup:
