Survey payment reversals :(

Locked

Hi all,

Been a member of Clixsense for years now but lately been getting some survey payment reversals. Not cool! Not Clixsense's fault, I know. I take my time to answer the questions and would like to know exactly why they are reversing the payments. Some of these surveys take 30 minutes to do. So now, each time I do a survey, I wonder if I'm wasting my time since the company can reverse the payment without argument. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I have agree with tasman1, but I know how you feel! Just continue on, I have very few reversed compared to how many pay me.

I too close out surveys I think I've done before, I keep a record of all my surveys and add notes about them. I have many I figured would get reversed as well, always amazes me when one is revered as I take my time and am honest.

I think I have had 3 or 4 reversals in the past 5 years (and the most recent of those I thought would be reversed as it looked dodgy from the start - $4 for a 5 min survey).

I really try to make sure that I do not do the same survey twice through different routers, even if they are a few days apart. I would much rather drop out of a survey that I am 95% sure I have already done when only a couple of questions into it than watch the money I spent time earning disappear from my balance a few days or weeks later.
