Help deciding on cashout (ex paypal)

Locked

#1 by Z-Dem » Thu Feb 16, 2017 18:57

Hi, I'm at a lost ever since PayPal was removed.

With PP I could cash out as soon as I hit the limit, receive my money then transfer the funds to my swedish bank account for free (only really paying for a bit unfair exchange rates PP likes to do). This worked great, I hardly ever lost any of the money

But all the options that I'm looking at that are available now... correct me if I'm wrong, but actually getting this money is -expensive af with fees-. I'm seeing things like 5.50 per transfer to bank account and such and often fees on top of that (?!)

Now, it takes a long time to earn money just for the fees as I'm not a huge earner. I do my PTC/Surveys and have 0 referrals - it just doesn't feel fair or worth it to have that much eaten up by the fees alone, leaving me with a substantially lower amount of money than with PayPal.

Should I just wait forever to ever cash out and then pay once, or...? I really don't know. Paying this high fees after not having to pay any fess with PayPal aside from the initial fee ClixSense listed as I cashed out is just... I don't even know if it's worth the effort anymore if I have to work twice as much to receive $10 if I'm paying $5-6 in fees which is just absurd.

hiya buddy, i totally agree with you and millions of other members would agree also....fees are ridiculous left and right,no matter how high or low you search for a decent way to get to your funds, you will be hit one way or another.
now what i have decided to do is to wait,i am accumulating my earnings as i have faith in clixsense to come up with some more cashout options,so until then your earnings are safe.

i am hitting the $100 mark literally since the start of this month but i got no worries as i trust clixsense very much.
i got accounts both with payza and payoneer but waiting for feedback from others as to how well they fared with the fees

another option i was looking at,is to possibly link a prepaid credit card, you know those empty cards where you load money onto them and see how they do,as yet haven't heard from anyone here yet.

We members all got to help each other, coz at the end of the day no one wants any of their hard earned money burning away as fees!

so mate dont cashout just yet,,,patience might just pay off

I have the same problem. I too have 0 referral and only doing click. Sometimes i do my task but not all the time. I was a pp user for a very long time and completely happy with it. I did tried to look and see all the option clixsense offer, but YES! with all the fees and fees after another your hard earn money will just goes out to fees and you test a bit on it. So I'm also waiting for clixsence to have better option to cash out my fund. For the main time i shifted to check. slixsence is a trusted company so i just chill at the moment.

I tried Payoneer and out of a $47 cashout, I cleared $43.50 due to their fees. That's over 9% in fees.

I then set up an account with Paza because their fees appeared lower. However, I read a couple of members' posts that indicated problems with Payza.

I've never had a problem with the check cashout but it takes longer and then I have to drive the check to the next city to deposit it in my bank.

So, I think many of us are in the same boat. We just have to decide what we can live with. Wish Clixsense did direct deposits to bank accounts but I'm sure that would involve a great expense for them.

Yes there's a lot of fees. Since loosing Paypal, I've changed my option to a check. Have to wait longer for my money, but won't have all those fees.

Get a prepaid debit card at Cryptopay. They cost 15 whatever-currency-you're-using and arrive in a couple of weeks. If you're in the UK, they arrive in a couple of days.

After that, it costs about 40c to transfer from snapcard, and just a 1% fee to load the card at cryptopay. No ID required until you hit 2,000 whatever-currency-you're-using.

It's a bit confusing...Snapcard is the bitcoin wallet the Tango card goes to. So at Clixsense, you chose Tango, at Tango you chose SnapCard (which Clixsense now call Wyre, but it hasn't rebranded to wyre yet, so when you choose it, it still goes to snapcard), and then you transfer from Snapcard to Cryptopay and load your debit card.

All bitcoin debit cards are basically the same - they pretty much all ultimately come from a company called MyChoice. I'm recommending Cryptopay because I've been using them for months. Others are likely just as good, I just can't vouch for them.

You get a Visa "blue" card from Cryptopay, yeah. If you transfer £100, you end up with £99 on your debit card. It says shipping takes a few weeks, and offer express shipping for quite a large fee - but they're posted from Leeds, and I got mine the very next day with just normal delivery. The displayed shipping times err on the side of caution, they arrive in normal first class post as long as you're mainland UK. Express shipping is a luxury you don't need.

There's a fee for withdrawing cash (all debit cards have a cash advance fee unless they're attached to a bank), I don't remember what it is because I never use cash anymore...I do remember it was less than my credit union charges for their prepaid cards. My credit union charges £2.

Personally, I use the card to pay for everything, and that's free. It's only cash advances that charge.

I also forgot there's a 1 whatever-currency-you-use a month fee, though that's not charged if there are no transactions that month. Even with the £1 fee, it's cheaper than PayPal was if you're active, as there is no processing fee to pay from Clixsense as there was for PayPal.

Since the fees are in whatever currency you choose (GBP/USD/EUR), ostensibly, you might think it's best to get a USD card, because 1 USD is worth less than 1GBP, but there's a foreign exchange fee too, so it's best to get the one in your own currency so you never have to pay that. Note Clixsense pay you bitcoin, they don't pay you a dollar amount, so loading your card does not count as a foreign exchange.

thanks alot bouldrake for that explanation, had to read it twice b4 it registered, still early here 8.10am,swigging away me coffee.

i will be honest, am a bit dubious, bit scared too, paypal was so easy and straight forward, all these other options seem alien to me and i am worried somewhere along the lines my money might go missing or i might cock up somewhere
i got an account with payza and payoneer and opened one with paytoo and tango yesterday.
now i got 4 options and still confused.........

if i had a smaller amount i would do a little tester through tango but am afraid to risk the whole $100 :(

let me think long and hard,,,no rush yet.

hey does clixsy ship checks to England at all?

Hi Bouldrake.

Are there any annual fees on this visa blue card?, Like Pindokhan im also very much in doubt on what to do next??.

Paypal was so easy, And i've felt that they took my privacy seriously unlike most others, Payza want's a copy of my passport and Payoneer want's my social security number (Am i just being paranoid).

So far Skrill is the only one with the same set-up as Paypal, Hope they're good even though i haven't heard anyone mentioning it.

Any feedback on Skrill is greatly appreciated.

You can take a look at Kraken. You can sell your bitcoin for a 0.15% fees and they do SEPA transfers to your bank for €0.09
It's cheap

yep i am also waiting for latest on skrill,,,i think its the only one most similiar to paypal and more popular than the rest of the payout options we have here.

i suppose waiting isnt a problem ,your earnings build up in the meanwhile, whats frustrating is just being unsure and uncertain of some of these processors.
i have used paypal fromm day one and when you are so used to something any change seems daunting.

i hope admin comes up with a new payout or some viable means to help members cashout more easily coz after the demise of paypal, every member seems to be having similar problems,or not happy with what they are using.

charez mon petit poit :D tell me more about kraken...btw what method you use and how quick it is,,,give me an example of your total fees from your last payout from here and how you got it,thanks in advance!

Here is an exemple from last week:

I sent 0.01 BTC to Kraken (the actual price was $960-961 this day) and placed an order to sell for ~96€

Then once sold, I asked for a bank transfer to my bank, it took 24 hours

Total fees about 24 cents
You need to be verified Tier 2 (which needs just a phone number)

It wasn't fom Snapcard and since there are also fees there, you can add about 40 cents

I am one of the last lucky guys who received a payment to my Paypal account, since I have not asked for a payment.
When you ask for a bitcoin gift card you receive an email like this. Once you complete the step you bitcoin wallet is credited, then you just need to send it to your Kraken account.
It can be a little confusing when you don't know, but when you understood and do once it's very easy

And when you request for exemple 20$, you receive 20$, there is not the 5% fees like we see here on the gift cards page
