please i need help my paytoo account for to level 1 how can i upgrade the options for drivers licence and national id card has been disable and for international passport for the state it is only usa states that are available how can i upgrade now

Ask Paytoo support if a Birthcertificate will do to verify .

You might have to wait a cuple of days for paytoo to aswer . But a Birthcertificate is most likely accepted . It usually is here in the country in lack of passport or drivers licence . Good luck .
