Best way to do it is message them and encourage them to work. You can also give them some tips and even some incentives. If it were me, I will give a a 50/50 split on commission I received from them every month. SO if they click ads, do tasks, offers and surveys religiously and earn big each month. they'll get 50% of whatever commission I get from their work. Let's say they earn a $100, that would mean $10 commission so they will get $5 and I will send the money to their Paypal or Payza and pay the fees for the transfer as well. And if in a year's time, I would end up earning a total of $35 or more from my share of the monthly 50/50 commission split with them, I will reimburse the $17 they pay for upgrade. SO if the person under you is in his right mind and not some lazy bum or a hopeless idiot, he would do his best to earn more each time because he will get something extra for it.

If direct referrals do not work even if your offer incentives, don't lose a sleep over them because that means they are lazy to the bone. We have nothing to lose anyway. Incentives are given after the fact... for work already done that is. We could work hard ourselves and still earn without them. In my case, I have a good sponsor who gives me incentives for work done. He isn't my original sponsor actually, but since my original sponsor became inactive (he was a good sponsor but just decided to quit doing online stuff) I was allowed to get a new sponsor by admin JIm. So if anybody here is a hard worker and somehow just ended up with an inactive sponsor, you still have hope! ;)

The keyword is "inactive". That's my case, my original sponsor quit doing online stuff and therefore his CS account became inactive. As a rule, Clixsense DO NOT ALLOW anyone to change sponsor. BUT if you meet any of these 2 conditions: 1)"your current sponsor is suspended" or 2) "their account is closed/inactive", they may grant an exception and allow you to do so.

You're welcome. Just sharing my "hating-kapatid" thoughts on how I deal with refs here and somewhere else similar! ;) I even do the same in a bitcoin-paying site. One more tip, share with your refs whatever you learn very effective along the way to encourage them and empower them to earn more.
