I had a problem with my cashout button last night, submitted a support ticket and they had fixed it by this morning.

Compared to any other companies I've worked with (online or not online), that's very fast service.

Yup always get answers in hours. Alot of times Jim will answer too if do it right time of day. :thumbup:

I have same experience about quick service. One of survey was not credited, So I take support ticket and it credited within half an hour and given reply also. Thanks. :clixsense:
