You need to promote your ' link' on a blog and or traffic exchange .
Also if you are on twitter or facebook or similar , you should find a way to do this.

Best way starting own link shorten site for own use. That way you can load it up with 125x125 banners in top frame. Thank I got 8-10 in mine. That way promoting 10 other ads for each site promoting. If 3 of them adhitz that pays my advertising cost. So it free promoting on Jim. But of course $10-20 on script, $10/year on domain, few dollars a month on hosting. need come up with start up advertising cost. I spent $40 last month made $50+ and still 11 days remaining.

But of course my 15 years experience lets me know where to buy ads.

No clue why people using other shorten services. They throwing away money.
