1981 Zombie Movie

Locked

#1 by valerie » Tue Mar 28, 2017 14:13

For you walking dead/zombie lovers, there is an old zombie movie that you might like.
It's probably free online since it is from 1981.

I watched it the other night on Amazon prime and I thought I had watched every movie
ever made from 1981 but I was wrong.

Anyway, if you want to see an old fashion take on a zombie, watch it:

Heh, You got me there. I love zombie movies for some weird reason :D

Not sure if i've seen it, And i've seen a lot.

My recommendation for you is a Danish Zombie movie called "Sorgenfri" or "What we become" in english.

Not fantastic, But not bad either ;)

Have long suspected , that there would be Zombies on the other side of the bridge.

( I do like the media in Sweden and took the text out of it's context )

For sharing movie taste ? Not sure . But try watching the final Halloween movie , H20 was not the last . They made a sequel that more or less is a flop but most likely is putting an end to the series . Is Michall Myers turned imortal zombie like creature ? I am not really sure .

The most scary movie the males on page have ever seen probably is The Assignment with Michelle Rodriges and Sigourney Weaver . Marcel , better not watch it before you go to bed . It is the king of all horror movies .

It's crazy how some of us like a good zombie movie and even the bad ones, we'll watch.

I guess the reasons why we like zombie movies is because they contain most everything we fear, loath,
and wonder about. A good zombie movie has a bit of everything. A little or a lot of blood and gore. A
little or a lot of ugly dead people and that zit on your face now is irrelevant. The idea that people can
still be alive after they are dead. Survival and how people deal with life threatening situations. We can
watch it and scream at the screen DON'T DO THAT! WATCH OUT! YOUR STUPID! Stuff like that.

I watch every Zombie movie I can, most of the times I count how many get chopped off

@hyldig: Thanks for the tip will make sure to watch that one.

The most interesting thing for me when viewing Planet Terror the motor jacket Rose McGowan wears
Funny enough I can buy it onlne, next jacket on my list.

Reminds me of lot of horror flicks, the serial killer is behind the door....but of course the silly blonde has to enter the room

It depends on what kind of setting you want?.

Colin and Maggie as i've mentioned earlier, Are depressing and a bit heartbreaking, Cause they rely on feelings for the victim of the disease instead of making you root for the survivors.

You could also choose a Romero flick, Like Day of the dead which i think is the best, It's a blend of horror/thriller/humor, But none of romeros movies can be considered believable, Still good though.

If they have to be real life like and believable, I would go for :

Maggie
The dead 1, Or The dead 2
Maybe Colin as an exeption

Now i need something to eat
