If you don't use more then 100 mg per day all is fine and dandy ;)

Furthermore: CoQ10 is naturally present in small amounts in a wide variety of foods, but levels are particularly high in organ meats such as heart, liver, and kidney, as well as beef, soy oil, sardines, mackerel, and peanuts.

Thanks Marcel .I use 80mg daily, 5 day a week

Did ask this becouse some people say that older you are more you can take , For folks over 60 some say can go up to max 200mg but I do not like that idea

It depends what you are using it for..manufacturers recommend doses from 22mg to 400mg depending on usage, however, studies have used dosages ranging up to 1,200mg and more. You can do an internet search but will get conflicting information...only advice really is to ask your doctor or other qualified health professional or nutritionist as, while too much is clearly not good, taking too little will have no benefit either. Having said that, there is some research to suggest these supplements aren't all that beneficial

Doctors do not like all that stuff , money is in medication
It is well known here in Australia that they earn 3 times more for prescription than from your visit
Still , back on CoQ10 it is still hard to find correct dosage

I take 400mg of Co-Q10 every day. The amount of Co-Q10 produced in the body decreases with age and also with the development of certain diseases.
