I am happier with Tango Visa, in fact, if PayPal returned I would still use Tango Visa since I have more options to spend online

You just need complete 10-15 survey a day. You are going earn 5-10 dollars a day. You don't have to click 500 ads for 1 dollars.

Clixsense need get rid of ptc for good. If he want to survive for another 10 years.

Take a look k-mart refused to change. They went bankrupt

Granted there are plenty of days over the years that I did not click the ads. I will have to say that most
years I have, day in and day out. Do the math. Just say $600 over the course of ten years. That is what....
120 months. In using $600 as the number, that is $5 per month....and I am in the USA.

There is very little money to be made in PTC as a member (or as an owner) but those with a large downline do make decent commissions from their direct referral clicks. I am really going to open a can of worms here but here it goes...The other discussion was to remove it from ClixSense and create a new company for PTC & ClixGrid and monetize it more with other offer like companies, essentially creating a new ClixSense. But...and a BIG but. This is creating twice the work for our staff and at what cost? Would there be enough profit there to keep it alive? I am not sure it's a gamble I am willing to take yet.

As for your other post about updating ClixSense and moving forward. Yes that is in the plan as we move ahead. In the last 6 months we've been knocked down (in more ways than anyone knows) but we're still standing strong. While our new membership continues to stay steady at or above 5000 new active registrations per day, revenue is still way up and so is task, offer and survey participation. When we first announced that we lost Paypal there was a lot of talk in other forums about us turning scam and going offline. I was worried about the fallout from this but to be honest, we're doing very well.

I cannot say for sure what we will do about removing PTC and ClixGrid but whatever we decide it will be a business decision that will keep us profitable and moving forward with continued growth and new opportunities.

I had thought I had a deal on ClixSense TV but it did not pan out like I had hoped as we still have the partnership agreement in place. It's not dead but its on the back burner for now as we have other things we're working on that will make quite a few people happy.

As for a mobile app. Not so sure as ClixSense works on mobile right now but yes it's been discussed and is not a priority really.

Without PayPal PTC will weaken any way.

If my business already uses PayPal I am not going to open another payment processor just to buy PTC advertising.

As member could care less about both but as advertiser without them lose out on one best places to advertise.

Who to say down road they remove you again after major changes.

Some people finding like new pay processors better as issues get fixed.

@admi maybe you didn't get Clixsense tv deal because you included ptc ads and clixgrind.

Ptc ads is waste of time clicking anyway. Too many get rich scheme program, ptc ad revenue sharing programs.

I rather take my chances taking online survey than listen the guy promoting you will get rich on the web.

Jim, there are still a great many PTCs using Paypal and new ones are coming on line with Paypal all the time. I signed up for one called SparkyClix which I stopped using due to a poor response to my first support inquiry. Paypal is a public company and has an obligation to produce earnings for shareholders. I cannot believe their senior management and board would throw away money through a blanket ban on PTCs. Is that really the issue?

Hey guys PayPal is public company. They do not want pissed their shareholders if they are involved in Ponzi scheme program going on in ptc world.

Most ptc ads advertiser are get rich scheme, ad revenue sharing sites, traffic exchange, and other.

Clixsense need get rid of ptc ads and clixgrind to look forward the future.

:clixsense: don't need to remove ptc and clixgrid. Who need paypal anyways  i'm using payza now and it takes maximum 2 days to get the money in my bank account so i would vote for "Keep ClixSense as it is with PTC and Clixgrid without Paypal"
:clixsense: forever

my thoughts exactly. i am going to just use checks, i do not need the money asap, now if you could make checks more then once a month i would bet a lot of people would go down this route.

paypal don't want your business, so why switch to get theirs? the only real winner here is paypal if you change, they make more money and you lose. it is nice of you to ask but lets be realistic.

Yes why would I lie about this? They told me PTC is now in violation of their user agreement and that all PTC sites would be removed. I cannot speak as to why others are still using them as I can only speak for what happened to us.

because they can't remove them in 1 day. All this process needs several weeks/months.Soon or later it will happen to each site with no exception

here is a question. what if you call it sponsored content, and remove the clickgrid? just get rid of the name of PTC and you should be in the same class as everyone else?

If you remove the PTC'S , clixsense would become a useless program to belong to.

While I voted to remove the ads, I think it is a risk to add PayPal back again. They can change their mind again. Seems like those at paypal are never in agreement what is allowed and not. You get one saying one thing and then the other saying another. Next they will demand the multi level referral system to be removed. And I am against removing that.

Those that use PTC sites have got to learn that PayPal is gone. And deal with that. Very few sites pay with paypal now. I do agree that this site could use an upgrade. Making it mobile friendly would help. ;)

You do what you think is best Jim. You see what you can do without. If removing ads will not have a big impact, then do it.

Getting rid of PTC would mean there are 7,609,096 people who can finally get rid of flash once and for all, so yeah, go for it.

If PTC & ClixGrid were to go, I imagine the amount of active members will markedly drop off. That reduction may make the site less attractive to survey companies, as they want a large target audience & not the same people all the time filling out their surveys. The last thing I want is fewer surveys here.

There are 2 questions really:

1) Has the loss of PayPal impacted ClixSense to such an extent that its future viability is in doubt?

2) If ClixSense does become just a tasks & surveys site, then what competitive edge will it have over all the other survey sites out there?

I really would prefer to keep the PTC ads & grid. They are what gets me to this site so many times each day. Without them, I may become just an occasional visitor, as I am to the other survey sites I am a member of.
