Yeah congrats with the 200 $ from adds alone in 2 month last year . Much even being from US . But is those amounts of adds still the same or will be it again without paypal ? On other pages they claim 80 to 90 % of adverticing is paid by the users via paypal . I see almost no adds anymore since paypal is gone . Without upgrade I would be making 2 to max 3 cent from adds a day present time . There are no money in the ptc part to earn anymore .

Drop. A drop in the ocean.

Yes, I wasn't sure between drop and drip. I checked with a translator it was telling me drip but i was still in doubt. It's the reason i used the brackets.
thanks for telling me :)

Quote:I just betcha that most that do nothing but view ads daily, are lucky to make $2.00 a month.

Quote: last year in November and December combined, i made exactly $200 just clicking ads

ldolan, youre a premium member too, so as long as you did at least a couple of offers, the clixgrid, and viewed the forum each of those days, you got a 16% bonus as well :D. Valerie, if you don't like the ads, that's fine you don't have to click them. But don't disparage those of us that do. All of us are here to make a little extra money, and upon logging in we can choose from ads, tasks, surveys or a dozen different offer walls. I prefer the ads myself, but to each his own. I also liked paypal and i hated hearing the announcement they were no longer an options, but i think it would be pathetic for clixsense to sacrifice the ads just to get them back. Paypal is the one who defecated all over a years long working relationship because they cant tell the difference between different kinds of PTC sites.

I've noticed the ad campaigns seem to have died off the last couple of days, i cant help but think this topic is scaring off anybody from considering continuing their current campaigns or starting a new one. I'd like to see the admin post that they will definitely not be sacrificing a huge portion of their website just for paypal. I'm sure this will give the advertisers confidence to continue their campaigns

Quote:hey, if they're going to be the way they are, then to heck with them

i wouldve used much stronger terminology right there, but i second this :D

There is nothing wrong with advertising so I don't know why you address me like I think there is.
My gosh, if anyone has done much advertising online, it is me. I have spent well over a hundred
grand online in advertising. Maybe double that or more.

It is extremely rare for anyone here to make $100 a month from viewing ads alone. For awhile,
there was a couple of big advertisers targeted to USA members. A USA member could literally
click 1,000 ads, maybe more per 24 hours. During that time frame, I think I may have clicked
800 ads and I thought I was going to die before I finished. I did the math on it once but I don't
recall the numbers. I can just tell you that it would take probably 10 hours or more to view 1,000
ads. I can't recall if those were 15 second or 30 second ads. If you spend all day viewing ads and
you make $5 per day doing so, that is $150 per month. Personally I'd rather take a whooping then
spend ten hours or more every day clicking ads. Thats beside the point. The point is, it is rare,
has only been a big advertiser for short periods of times, in ten years.....and even then it was for
USA members only.

I just wish members here that keep calling out my name such as you AJmoss and doing your best
to say things I did not say, would use your brain to post some ideas and help. I never 'disparged'
ads. You have not even been here one year and you are so eager to beat me up and put
words in my mouth. I prefer to have someone that has been a long time member beat me up.

Ads are no money for ClixSense , cut it and bring PP back

No site will survive if no PP

Any choice will hurt some

Better money is with people who earn more doing offers and surveys

If that is a future make choice where the money is

Forget some who will be hurt

Do wrong choice and all will be hurt badly including ClixSense

That was about a year ago when we got all those ads. I was having 6 hour days here at Clixsense. However they were 1/2 cent ads. Yeah it was good cash and it helped me out big time but when you have to sit for hours clicking like that it's a bit to much. Right at that time though my husband had left and he left me with a tiny income and back bills to pay. So the money helped me to get things caught up. I think I made about $150 a month in those couple of months. Then once it went back down it was about $50 to $60 a month which was still handy.

I am surprised by Valerie after her many ventures, seems that you really like Paypal .
I say forget about Paypal.
If it makes sense to add the Mobile and Apps, or something else to add up our and your revenue , this sounds good .
At least when we click a ptc ad we 99.99 % know that we will be paid by it .
Unlike the survey that can kick you out after even 10 to 15 minutes of clicking and inputting info .

I don't understand your comment at all. There is not one payment processor online that I like. None.

---

I won't say that I don't care because there are a lot of members that really like ClixSense and hope to
keep earning with it for many years to come.

BUT I don't think there are enough members posting here that realize how business works.

It's not about what I think. It's really not even about what you think. It's about how business works
and the online businesses that have to work with each other in order to be sustainable.

PayPal is the most reliable.

Do keep that in mind because those of you saying you are fine cashing out by some of these other
options, realize those options may not be there in the future.

I think I am understanding Admin from point of view depending on how many adds there are left for my country . There are 20 + offerwalls available and probably also more survey providers and other stuff . That would easy make me able make more than 2 to 3 cent a day if I go back to standard member . Paypal once was a thrust mark on paying pages since they got strict rules to protect both sides of the deal . The pages left that still got paypal will get the motherload of businass .

I just checked my stats, last year in November and December combined, i made exactly $200 just clicking ads, money i used towards giving my kids a little better christmas. Depending upon which ad campaigns are running and for how long, i can still make a ton of money clicking on ads this year as well. And when they're not running, i do the offers instead. That's the beauty of clixsense, having those awesome ad campaigns AND the numerous offers to do. I had been using paypal as well to cash out, it was fast and convenient with low fees, but hey, if they're going to be the way they are, then to heck with them. I love my ads AND my offers, and that is why i will continue to use clixsense. Getting rid of either one will be getting rid of me. I can't believe you guys are seriously considering cannibalizing your wonderful site just to appease a suddenly ridiculous acting payment processor!

Same here!! I am from US, but I am retired and most surveys turn me down. I realize alot of members earn alot doing the surveys and offers, but some of us are not so fortunate! Let's not turn on these members! They work harder than many of you do! Personally, I'm on the computer as much as 75% of my day, every day and do only ptcs! Yes, once in a great while I do a survey here, but my main thing here are the ads....no matter how few there are, they are better than nothing. I would truely hate to see ClixSense turn it's back on the ones that need the most. I'm sure ClixSense makes enough money to allow them to care! And I for one, believe they do! I too have had Paypal for over 10 yrs and have no problem with them. But when this problem came about, I did two things! I called PayPal and let them know they were hurting alot of customers and they may lose those customers due to this insane decision the stop PTC businesses!! Then, I opened a Payza account for the sites that will need to use Payza and opened a BTC account too. C'mon guys! Never, never change a perfect recipe! It's not good for the product, nor the customers!

I like Skrill and Bitcoin (Low fees), but if u want bring back PP its OK.

i want to suggest make 2 Site. the one is clixsense itself with no PTC & Clixgrid and second site with PTC & Clixgrid, make second site like a "offerwall mode" put them on offer section with name "adsense or whatever" if this option ok, all member still make money from ads and pay directly for advert in second site.. i think this a win win win solution :)

Now Im using Skrill, and when PP comes back, I will continue to use Skrill. My Skrill-Prepaid-Mastercard is so much better than PP-Money.

I really dont understand how someone can vote to keep PTC & Clixgrid. Remove it from the site and bring back Paypal, because PTC & Clixgrid does not bring us any money, and its so boring to click on them. Think that ClixSense will be much proffesional site without them. Bring back Paypal please!

Do not be pressured by PayPalu! What is PayPal's law that interferes with business? PayPal let's handle your affairs. Fortunately, there is a COMPETITION in the form of Payza or Skrilla.
