Hi. I have already deposited to my Gcash via Villarica. And still ayaw pa rin mag transfer ni Skrill. Note that verified with government ID yung Skrill account ko. Ang lumalabas is "Unable to find Receiver" something like that, they're saying I might have mis encoded my mobile number which is impossible as I have checked it multiple times.
