Chipping is nothing new . It has been done for many years on VIP`s with great risk of being kidnapped . It should also be used on seniors with Alsheimers so they dont wonder of and often after several days is found ded . It is just an upgrade version of the old animal tracking chip . The old version vas just placed under the skin .
