Today is world homeopathic day. Homeopathic medicines have very high healing power without any side effects as of my own experience.these medicines are especially beneficial to children even medicines for dreadful diseases like cancer is available in homeopathy .The speciality of homeopathy is that it treats by removing the root of the disease and once relieved the disease never comes back with fury. My elder son suffered from bronchitis at the age of 3 years and allopathic medicines and antibiotics were treated but this had only the effect for few months and again repeated several times then with adviise of a friend I tried homeopathy and he was administered medicines for just 8 months and he has completely recovered from the disease and is very healthy at the age of 12. yhere are many good experiences with homeopathy and here in my country homeopathy is winning the hearts of people . a happy homeopathy day to all who love homeopathy and also I thankfully remember Hahnemann the father of homeopathy

Homeopathy is proof that the world is full of gullible people.

Not a single peer-reviewed scientific study has found it to be of any use medically. In fact, it can do untold harm if people give up their medications (or, as you recommend, stop getting medical treatment for their children) because someone who knows nothing promotes pseudo-science rubbish such as homeopathy.

Any other quackery you want to promote today? Maybe some snake oil to sell?

Geez - I don't come here to see all these rubbish topics spreading misinformation. :x

Sorry if I sounded a bit angry in my post, but there are 2 forms of "alternative medicine" that I despise: homeopathy & naturopathy.

There have been too many cases in the Sydney coroner's court over recent years examining the deaths of children after their parents took them off the prescription medicine or medical procedures that were keeping them alive (often because of relatively minor side effects) & turned to homeopathy or naturopathy, with the result being a dead child deprived of the chance to become an adult.

I don't have a problem with other forms of complementary therapy such as acupuncture or massage, but the difference is their practitioners do not tell you to give up your medical treatment if you want to be cured. But naturopathy & homeopathy are dangerous, and have no scientific basis at all. They should be exposed for the quackery that they are.

I'm fine with Homeopathy as long as it's used as a last resort, And not a substitute for actual treatment.

I think most people do use it that way, Even the good Mr Jobs.

And what the H... is GOOG :?:

yes homeopathy is not a substitute for all treatments but it works well for certain ailments and it cannot be completely ruled out as some people comment without knowing facts had it been dangerous it would have disappeared years back it is still being practised and many researches are being carried out in the field of homeopathy

Did you hear about the homeopath who forgot to take his medicine, and died of an overdose?

If you hate homeopathy avoid it but there are many people who have positive attitude to it I shared this post with such people in mind
