You can Submit a Support Ticket, they will look into it further to verify the alleged inactivity.

If so, a referral may request a change to their sponsor.

Some times a sponsor may become inactive. In addition, the sponsor may be very active but
simply chooses not to communicate with those he/she sponsored.

A few members seem to have a difficult time understanding that sponsors cannot do the work for them.
The reality is, there is no need for a sponsor other than that sponsor having led you to the greatest free
to earn program online.

Can a sponsor do tasks for you? Can a sponsor do surveys for you? Can a sponsor watch videos for you?
Can a sponsor click to view ads for you? In all honesty, a sponsor cannot do any of that for you.

Granted, the option to upgrade a direct referral exists. I've always believed that the best reason for this
is when you have a friend or a family member that lives some distant away. You can choose to upgrade
that direct referral because you know him/her very well. You know the member is going to work but for
whatever reason, they don't have the $17 immediately available. However, just tossing your money out
there to upgrade any and everyone you refer, you will most probably find a loss instead of a gain.

For the most part, if a new member or any member for that matter, works, they are most likely going to
have enough funds to upgrade their own membership within a month or two.

All anyone needs to do is read the website and if they need help, read the FAQ, post questions, submit
support tickets. Anything anyone ever wanted to know about ClixSense, is on ClixSense and in this
forum.

You can search in the forum for his/her username to see if he/she posted in the forum before. Then if you find a post from this member, you just need to check his/her stats under the avatar :geek:

charez i know my upline dear,,,, its under his link i am here coz i get refback for my earnings :D

but i was just basically saying i will never know if my upline is active or not as i never see his posts here,he has many refs and very honest too,i am glad i joined under an honest guy,he upgrades me too so its a bonus!

the more i earn, the more he earns and the more i get back so its a win win situation,,,i will be happy if he is making alot from his many refs,he deserves it!

I completely agree that a sponsorer cannot do your work in anyway but definetly there can be a rule that he gains the first year for bringing someone to this great site then after that he can stick his great name just for a member to know that he is the sponsorer, there are so many members here like me who did not click any link to register with Clixsense we just came through the Clixsense official website but from nowhere a guy appears called a sponsorer.

basically its the rule of many sites that if you get people to join under your link you will get a percentage of their earnings, which i think is fairplay coz the website needs many many members to establish itself so its basically an incentive to get people to join under you and for others to join under them,,,sometimes these can go upto 12 levels deep but commission earnings will get lower and lower...............i had 1 ref but hes inactive now ,he didnt make much difference to my earnings infact was zilch :(
i am better off with me,myself and i,,,,,,,,,,,,,3 in one referrals :D ,active daily, guaranteed never to let me down

i bet alot of people dont even know who their upline is coz many people have just joined by clicking on links as you do,,,,to be honest its good if you got alot of refs and have gr8 knack for promoting your link ,otherwise its just your own hard work which eventually pays off,i never rely on anyone, just myself and thats the way to go,,whether its on a ptc site or in life generally ;)

I can show you my affiliate link in the very first results if you google "clixsense official website". And this, without you notice there is an affiliate link in your brower.

yeah i know that but there are hundreds of other ptc sites and traffic exchange sites where people promote their referral links, there's always going to be an official page of any business on google.

in the forum you will see members asking for advice on how to promote their links in order to get referrals, many of them i presume clicked on that direct link in google.
