That seems pretty unreasonable. I've had bad experiences here with banks but not money exchanges. Sorry that happened.

Seems like if they valued your business, they should change those rules. That's how banks lose customers.

I am so lucky,both of my credit unions do not charge me anymore
than just the daily exchange rate. 8-)

Banks here are not so customer friendly here,
it is why I use Credit unions and being a Golden
ager I do not get any service charges at all.
Age does have certain benefits. :D
