Would you guy pay 495 dollars shoes?

I have a pair of Deks that cost about £20. I used some water proofing spray, cost about £4.

If I can hike over the wild moorlands in these, you don't need $495 shoes for poncing about the suburbs.

i bet each of the expensive shoes she owned could have been a life line for the many of poor people in the philippines, they could have used the money to build a better life or at least invested in a small business to start of their lives.

what really makes me angry is many presidents of the world say so much crap before being elected that they will do this and that for the people and yet when they come into power, they forget everything and start filling up their own wardrobes with designer gear and lead luxury life styles while the poor in their country are dying of hunger or at least leading miserable lives. :(

Yeah PINDO....You are right....Many Politicians makes a false promises during a campaign Then When they won in the elections...Those promises makes it broken :( :( Many Filipino people suffered from a crap of every politicians in our country...They expected If the politicians won....They would live a descent and comfortable life through the promised of them...But Its a quiet different because They never ever help to those poor filipino people so No wonder ...Our Filipino people decided to look a job in Abroad in order to support financially for their respective families...It is not easy to leave their family in the Philippines....Its a difficult decisions for them Especially their children still too young but They had no choice ....They should take a risk of their life to give the best future of their families as well...I am Proud to those Overseas Filipino workers who take a risk their life in order to give a good future for their children

i salute you gal,,,well done!

i know and i understand believe me,Pakistan is in the same boat if not worse, the politicians here just love money and so much money its unbelievable,,,,,,they have luxury villas in every city, luxury homes abroad,go shopping in Harrods, setting up new business venture left ,right and centre, not just here but all over the world!
alot of very poor people in Pakistan,i have seen it,its so sad but you can only do so much.
i am not rich,i have worked too and know its hard............luxury items are for people who have too much money to spend, but if thats the case, have a heart and distribute it to the poor,i am sure this way you will get voted again in the next election.

i know people from poor countries risk their lives travelling and working abroad just to survive and send money back to their families, this is so sad,so very sad.

i think the world should be free of politicians and presidents and even the Queen of England,a worthy ruler will always put the needs of his people before his own .

but money rules,,,,,,,,,will always rule...bit of paper, see how much power it got

"Money Money Money"

I work all night, I work all day, to pay the bills I have to pay
Ain't it sad
And still there never seems to be a single penny left for me
That's too bad
In my dreams I have a plan
If I got me a wealthy man
I wouldn't have to work at all, I'd fool around and have a ball...

Money, money, money
Must be funny
In the rich man's world
Money, money, money
Always sunny
In the rich man's world
Aha-ahaaa
All the things I could do
If I had a little money
It's a rich man's world

A man like that is hard to find but I can't get him off my mind
Ain't it sad
And if he happens to be free I bet he wouldn't fancy me
That's too bad
So I must leave, I'll have to go

Money, money, money
Must be funny
In the rich man's world
Money, money, money
Always sunny
In the rich man's world
Aha-ahaaa
All the things I could do
If I had a little money
It's a rich man's world

Money, money, money
Must be funny
In the rich man's world
Money, money, money
Always sunny
In the rich man's world
Aha-ahaaa
All the things I could do
If I had a little money
It's a rich man's world

It's a rich man's world

LOL, I would never pay that much for a pair of shoes. I usually head over to Roses every couple of years and get me new sneakers for $10. Didn't have to this year because our church gave me a new pair at Christmas, and I had gotten a pair from the church bin one day that still had a tag on them. I am good for about 4 more years
