Life after death

Locked

#1 by rajukurup » Thu May 11, 2017 03:10

some say that there are seven different lives for a person and ones good deed in one life will bring prosperity in the next life meanwhile bad deeds will turn him to animal life .According to me all these are superstitious beliefs and such beliefs were brought to make people perfect by our ancestors. there is only one life in this world which we have to live it judiciously .human life is the most prestigious life and those who get it are gifted I think.but now humans are not understanding this truth and are destroying the universe with their selfish motive s

Jews,Christians and Muslims believe in life after death, heaven and earth..........that's one of the pillars of our faiths,,its mentioned in the Quran,Jesus mentioned it in the Bible,so did Moses in the Torah, these 3 religions are very similar indeed.
we start with Adam and Eve and end in judgement day.

As far as other religions go, i don't know about afterlife there but due respect to all other faiths as i don't discriminate anyone on their beliefs, each to their own.

i believe this life is a test for mankind, all good deeds/bad deeds will determine his final fate.

Even among hindus this is prevalent I think little more than other religions, the epics of the religion stress much on rebirth. So i think there would be some mystery behind it as all religions preach rebirth

I am sorry for your loss buddy. Loosing a parent is very painful. My friend's mom died last week and I can see and feel how painful it can be.

Let's just hope something interesting will happen when we die.

At least some kind of ghostly haunting would be fun :D

All religions are man made apparently - so regardless, I do think we relive, actually how much of our baggage we take with us each "iteration" is unknown. Normally memory is erased. How is it that people can recall previous life details with such detail and accuracy is mysterious - There is definitely more to our "core" than just brain and electrical activity and chemical reactions. For some, there is belief that we would live several cycle and all those cycles would be part of greater learning - and those cycles would persist until final judgement. So if you do bad in one life will you suffer in next ? Probably not.....it's a whole new chapter and learning experience. If you do good in one life, will you get better life ? I don't think so either. This is one of the reasons why suicide is not the ultimate answer. I believe that when a person kills himself , it will not end everything. There is no notion of time outside our physical bodies, so the person will start being conscious immediately and reborn, yet the time that may have passed could be years, who knows. Person can be reborn to a better life or to a WORSE life. Now seeing how the world is run nowadays, odds are, it will likely be to an equal or worse bloody life.

So we must enjoy every moment NOW and our lives NOW, for we don't know what's waiting for us next time we live. We might think we have it all bad right now, but might die and be reborn to worse conditions.

This belief is what has kept me alive.

I do believe in a life after death - BUT I think we are in a BUFFER area until we are reborn again. Ultimately, the heaven / hell part can be debated. We would have to reach a certain "LEVEL" before the so-called heaven part, and to reach that level might take several life cycles . As far as hell, well, if there is one, it's probably called earth 2.0 because our current planet is a miniature version :D I do not believe that when we die we are sent right away to heaven or hell, I think this would be reserved for final judgement - meanwhile we live, we are given a chance to learn. Is HELL really a physical place like depicted ? I am not sure on that, it is debatable - it would probably just mean VOID and nothingness and detached from ....... whilst heaven would be the equivalent of being energy state of bliss, eternal love and light, and LIFE, but not inside physical bodies. ULTIMATE life. PHYSICAL life is just "temporary" life. but not true life, to me.

As far as atheist, or those who do not believe in anything other than, you die, you rot, worms eat you and there is nothing. I have a hard time subscribing to this theory - that all of our bloody life, all we go through, for nothing ? I have a hard time believing that when we pass on, the show is over. So called "SCIENCE" cannot explain everything yet.

Those who have worked in the medical field, particularly in emergency, ICU, etc, have seen things beyond science explanation.

So is there life after death ? Yes, but not how it is depicted to be, in my opinion, and sane for hell :)
