Good day! Last night, I tried to complete an offer in TrialPay, LOTTO(10$ clixcents). I tried to use my credit card to purchase a lotto ticket worth 5.20Euro but the transaction was failed. So, I tried to purchase using NETELLER. I deposited 6euro in NETELLER USING MY SKRILL. BUT LOTTO still declined my purchase.

Now, my question is, HOW CAN I RETURN MY 6EURO FROM NETELLER TO SKRILL?
There is an option in Skrill for uploading money. There is a NETELLER OPTION, but when I tried, it says that NETELLER DECLINED MY DEPOSIT TO SKRILL.

I don't know what to do now. I can't use Neteller.

I don't know about your problem, but I tried to complete this offer with 2 different cards (visa & mastercard) both have been rejected
