snacks have always been fascinating for people snacks are often used for refreshment . a healthy snack is always welcoming I have many favourite snacks of which the most favourite is a local snack named ada. it is very simple to prepare I will explain it
take 2-3 cups of rice flour and make to semisolid form by mixing with water and salt. in another plate mix finely chopped coconut with jaggery or sugar , Take a small portion of the semisolid rice flour and spread it on a small piece of banana leaf . also spread a small portion of the coconut mix over the flour and close the leaf from bottom to top this can be repeated with other portions of the flour and the required number can be prepared , now cook these under steam from boiling water in a cooker .cool and delicious ada is formed , likewise you folks may have favourite snacks please share

My favorite snack is the Dutch salt herring. "Zoute haring" with a bit of chopped onion.

Like RoseGold, I prefer fresh fruit as a snack. I usually buy half a rockmelon (aka cantaloupe) or honeydew melon from the supermarket a couple of times each week. When I get home, I cut it into bite-sized cubes & keep it in a container in the fridge. Half-a-dozen melon cubes along with either some grapes, a mandarin (orange), or an apple makes for the perfect afternoon snack.

And I have lost 2 inches off my waist since the start of the year when I gave up chocolate bars, potato chips (& other salty snacks) and replaced them with fruit. I still occasionally buy a bag of crisps, but more as a special treat rather than a daily habit.

no1 i love crisps,ready salted,cheesy,tomato ketchup,salt n; vinegar you name it,,i love it,,love doritos too,nuts,all shapes and sizes,,,,all kinds,,coated in choc or naked love em' all.

like yoghurt also
chocolate
muesli bars
smosas and pakoras with a dangerously hot,mouth burning,bum burning chilli sauce

infact a snack for me is basically anything and everything that is ready and i can eat it anywhere on the go or even at my desk .

apple strudel with cinnamon

Turkisk pepper's (Hard candy).

Pirato's (Salt liquorice).

Guiness with whipped cream.

Apple pie with whipped cream.

Samosas and Pakoras you said it I can eat any amount of it till my stomach turns over but I also have the treatment for it so its ok
