To me, a snack is something that can be made in less than 5 minutes (during a TV ad break), and can be eaten with one hand (so you don't have to stop what you are doing while eating).

But it was a good topic to start rajukurup. It is interesting to read what different people from different countries & cultures like to nibble on between meals.
