If I am a boss I will pay you 500.00 every time you apply for job .... for your time and effort

If you qualify for the job and you're accepted for the job, that's when you will be paid. If I were to be paid for all the jobs I interviewed for but did not get while also being paid for my time, I think I might be rich.
