CF recently updated my level stats and I lost all two (2) level at a go, even after having 81.8% GA. Is this an error from CF or there is something I'm not understanding?

And what can I do to regain my level?

Not at all, no author has flagged any of my task.

Me too. Lost my level 1,even 71.7%. No flag also. But I decide to do more task to achieve my G.A 75++%. Hope will get the badge soon.

For sure you were expelled for more tasks than you should. I think that the expell ratio should be kept below 30% (just guessing) I think that that ratio is the same for level 1 and level 2, so imagine you have an Accuracy of 82% and an expell ratio of 29% and you are expelled in one or two consecutive jobs, your expell ratio is then over 30% and even though your accuracy is still over 80% you lose both level badges, 1 and 2. Try not to be expelled in your next jobs and you will recover both badges.
