My earnings have been improving since I've been spending more time focusing on offers rather than ptc.

I guess you haven't that active in the last 10 years though.... just $177 earned!!

I've earned $188 in less than 30 months, and think that isn't as good as it should have been. I mean in 2016 I earned $101, yet so far in 2017 (6 months) I earned just $29.

By the way, out of my $188 total, $52 (≈27%) is from PTC, $51 (also ≈27%) is from offers/tasks, basically the same. Referrals have earned me $64 (≈34%) and the checklist bonus has earned me $15 (≈8%), ClixGrid wins are $6 (≈3%).

I'm sure many of us can be more active here... let's hope the changes allow us to do so.

Strange... I invested with PayPal on Neo... and just cashed out with Payza... must be something you've done to upset their admin as payouts are fine.

I don't recommend ipoll because they have a bad reputation, i was there a few years ago and their service has gotten more crapier over time, they used to own two other sites besides ipoll but i forgot what they where called, but anyway all three sites have a really negative reputation and in my opinion they are not worth the time. Believe me cause i'm speaking out of experience. What ever you do avoid ipoll like the plague. Payments are in 6 months according to their terms last time i checked but members there have been complaining all over the internet that payments come far later if at all. Do you really want to wait 8-12 months to get a payment after requesting ?

I really cannot understand all this panic about the new Clixsense changes that will officially take effect in 7 days from now. Wonder how big this thread will become 6 days from now. And i wonder if anyone in 6 months will still remember what happened on the 17th july at Clixsense. I guess not

BTW, for people who don't follow industry news - Another big site starting with N and ending with eobux, have lost their PayPal too ! Though it is not a shocker, it was bound to happen anyway. It's a done deal, PayPal has decided that they do not want to do business with ANY PTC, no matter how long they lasted or how much they paid - this is the price to pay for all the scams that destroyed the industry over the years. Even with NB's status they were never immune. Both CS and NB had good relation to PayPal and now PayPal does not want to do business with the top 2 PTCs, their loss - :D

Remember my words, soon we will exchange our balances against wheat barrels and rice and other commodities, that's the only payment method that will be available to the few sites that survive..........

Cheers

iPoll is SSI, or OpinionWorld.

I am a member of SSI via a different site, and in terms of pay it depends on the survey. The direct panel has variable payments while CS is flat rate, so some surveys pay more, and some surveys pay less.

And yes, SSI panels have terrible reputations. Just a few weeks ago I saw numerous complaints about members being banned and balances taken away.

The discussions about other programs need to be stopped here. As Jim said this isn't the topic to discuss stuff about any other websites. Please be on topic.

I voted for "No", but the options in the poll don't reflect my situation quite appropriately, it's more like "No, this decision allows me to leave", instead of "forced me to leave". The thing is, as Paypal got removed, all the other options don't work very well for small cashouts. I don't have big earnings, which is okay, it's a hobby for me, I don't want to make a job out of it. My main income used to be doing some of the more reasonable tasks, surveys don't work very well for me. PTC was welcome, but it isn't huge part of my earnings. Now that I've moved with the tasks someplace that's still paying through Paypal, I basically only stayed because I still have a premium account. Now that premium accounts are gone as well, I can leave. There's no hard feelings, I will watch out, what else is going to change in the months to come. If some things change for the better with surveys (right now I feel I'm getting ripped when doing surveys, more often than not), or if there will be other features, then maybe I'll be back.

I am not surprised about the changes, I expected those to come later than sooner though. As far as PayPal cutting ties with CS, I am not surprised either, I saw it coming - as for years PayPal has been gradually cutting ties with PTC sites. Only now they officially cut the cord, perhaps allegedly after the litigation they are facing in regards to TrafficMonsoon.
And as far as neobux, I am not surprised either, it was bound to happen.

As far as ClixSense, it has grown to be a massive rewards site / GPT, I knew that one day it would transition from PTC to GPT, it was no surprise. I did not expect it would happen this year though :) The PTC industry has been tarnished by the likes of Scoville, O'Neill, and the likes of alleged serial scammers who have run several sites over the years. And the cutting of PayPal from PTC also will have an even bigger impact on PTC as the majority of advertisers favour PayPal over any other, this is what is used the most. Perhaps there will be a transition, as these advertisers will still need a platform to advertise their scams, rubbish sites, so they will do so on the remaining PTCs that still exist, and if they cannot find one that supports their payment processor by choice, they will find some other place. The Bitcoin PTC will benefit from this. OR advertisers will find other methods who knows.

Let's face it, the majority of so called PTC sites were nothing more than ponzi schemes, fueled by referral bots and expensive upgades - these sites proliferated over the years. TRUE PTC model was always RARE, you could count them on your bloody fingers. What started like "PTC" became "Ponzi To Click" real quick when people complained of their few pennies earnings daily. Site owners saw the opportunity to lure more traffic by adding a ponzi element to PTC, adding expensive upgades and referral bots to the mix - for sky rocketing earning potential, and people fell for that !!! Then the BUX was born. And now people wonder why PTC earned such a bad rep ? That's why.

It sucks that ClixSense and the likes have to exit the industry, when they were one of the few legit, true PTC models to begin with. So the scammers are the winners ? Disgusting indeed, but this is life - the good people pay the hefty price for the bad people. Monkey business / dirty business and corruption is on top ! Some of the internet's most disgusting, vile scammers are living the good lifestyle now with your money, whilst the honest site owners are still trying to stay afloat.

What's wrong with this picture?
