The last 5 Samplicio surveys I took, I got credit for NONE of them.
Today was the last straw. FINISHED a Samplico survey, it stated it was a 6 minute survey, It actually took 26 minutes to complete, then when I finished it, it told me the survey was closed.
The other 4 were a combination between bad landing pages, and just a screen out.
This is just beyond frustrating - Samplicio enjoys taking peoples time, having them complete surveys and then not paying for completed surveys.
Now with the PTC ads going away; if this is what its going to be like ( a waste of my time) then I will be forced to make the sad decision and leave, will have to do my surveys elsewhere. Just needed to vent...

samplicio is the best survey site; the things that happened you may be that required participants might have reached or you do not come to the target group .this happens to all members here and there is no need to blame this survey site .AS of my own experience it is the best and reliable survey site. 90% of my earnings are from samplicio and opinion world . Keep trying you will succeed there no reason to think that we should be successful in all surveys . some will be successful while others may disqualify that is the nature of surveys be optimistic

I know the frustration. Has happened to me many times. I entered a Samplico.us survey two days ago for $0.73, spent about a half an hour to complete it, upon completion it did not redirect me to give credit. It just stayed on a white page thanking me for my participation. Also, no matter how many screen shots you send in as proof of completion to support, they still will not give any credit. I've sent in many screenshots of congratulations pages I received for surveys that failed to credit only to get nothing in the end.

As long as I have taken these surveys, I have never qualified with Samplicio. I don't get it. I also, never seem to qualify for Your Survey surveys either. Most of my money from surveys comes from Opinion World. I do get a few there. 8-)

Toluna is not any better-- I had a problem where the 'profile' page wants the " Region " I am in , but no drop down and won't let me type anything there .
So, I contacted their support and got this Idiotic reply "" While the survey may have been created in partnership with Toluna, it belongs to the Clixsense website which will be able to help you with any technical issues regarding this survey. Unfortunately, Toluna can only offer support for Toluna members and for surveys taken from a Toluna invitation or directly from the Toluna support center. The issue that you are referring to can only be resolved by the Clixsense customer support team.

Thank you for understanding and have a beautiful day!

You know I always wonder why people have to fix their profiles or have a cheat sheet. I personally know what my age, race, and kids ages are, why would we all need that info written down, or even our income? You know if a person doesn't know their own info their is a bigger issue there.

I'm having this issue to, I sent in a ticket to Clixsense 3 weeks ago. Took Toluna two weeks to claim that they "fixed it", but they still haven't fixed it yet.

I'm a direct panelist with Toluna too (FYI, don't join them, they pay on average $0.40 per survey), and they don't even have this broken profiler, so I can't use that method to complain.

I see members showing lot of data of surveys completed, but most of those surveys are not available in every country, maybe you get fifty surveys in the US every day but most countries dont on a good day I may get 15-20 surveys and most of them disqualify, since the announcement of PTC removel there have been days when not even a single survey was avilable earnings were only from PTC

I have to get calculator figure out my age every time now in few years when hit 40 I know my age that year. I might even know my age when hit 39 as I be dreading the next birthday. I prefer when they ask date of birth or age range.
