Q......... Why is PP doing what is doing now in this kind of industry , PTC and similar kind ???

A......... Pay Pal is a big global player, in transition to be global BANK , yes bank, full bank , loans , credit card etc
Money in this field is now to small for PP , to many people jobs is just to answer few cent problems
As a bank , global bank , profit can go 100 fold up and number of employee 50-80% down

And yes , that is situation , we think this is [ptc ] big industry but in reality it is just a nano industry

Now go and cry if you must or eat a big block of chocolate , your choice

Enjoy , be happy , take what you can while you can .........tasman1

May 8th 2017, PayPal Sued For Role In Traffic Monsoon Scam.

PayPal served as the payment processor for approximately $134 million worth of those investments and processed a massive amount of transactions on behalf of Traffic Monsoon.

Scoville’s first fraudulent investment scheme disguised as a “p
ay-to-click” program.

The timing of Paypal's actions recently do point to them reacting to being sued for their part in the TM scam...better to just blanket ban all similar sites than risk it happening again....unfortunately it means good and legitimate sites are being punished for scammers actions

The question is: Can members of Tracfic Monsoon get their money back that were owed to them from this scam artist Scoville?
The issue with paypal processing for PTC sites is bad stemming TM and doubt it will be the main money processors from now and here on out. I am glad clixcense processes cecks as means of payment. BEST of all PTC sites and trustworthy.

I hope PayPal wins the case brought against them...

The word ponzi and scam gets used to often...

Fun Fact:
Google owes me $50 as an adsense publisher. Recently I found out I would not be getting paid. I was told it REALLY wasn't my money so they felt I wasn't owed anything...

And I warned you lot to not waste your time with Traffic Monsoon from day 1 - that it was nothing more than a ponzi disguised as PTC, nobody f****** listens. The lure of money is more important, ponzi or not, then when people get scammed they yell "ponzi". Truth is, let's stop blaming those site owners and payment processors FFS ! It is the MEMBERS who are driving this scamming industry. As long as the lot keeps joining these sites, and supporting them, they will remain strong and alive. Who has given PTC a bad name ? Who has facilitated it really ? MEMBERS played a big part in that -Everybody gets FOOLED bloody once - I got fooled too but then I stopped supporting sh** ! Yet many people who were scammed, STILL continued to support these sites by joining them, knowing that they are scams waiting to happen, just to get their take into quick money making........ The day people will get off their arse and work for money, and stop joining those rubbish sites promising riches overnight, will be the day that scammers are put at bay. Until then, the scam industry is well and alive. It is kept afloat by both Perfect Money and Bitcoin. Scammers are c****, but they are providing supply to HUGE demand. If there is no demand, there won't be any supply, so stop encouraging them. :)

Same with ptc revenue sharing sites or fake rental referrals from other sites.

Exactly, I am a good example of this - I made some bad decisions in the past, that cost me big time, BUT I learned from them and stopped supporting HYIP, I actually did something. But yet, some people still keep getting scammed and still join these sites. I was a victim of GeniusFunds, and lost 4 figures there ! Luckily I found CS and recovered everything through offers and surveys, + + +. Had I invested this money in bitcoin at the time, in its early years, I would now be richer by over $200k-$300k now. But I was lured to HYIP by some PTC folks and this site was so convincing, had brochures, literature, world wide representatives, address, numbers, etc.

The scam activity is what is keeping BTC alive now. What do you think HYIPs and scam sites use now that PayPal is out of the picture ??? Perfect Money and BTC..... No charge backs, no headaches, easier for criminals to run away !

PayPal has just washed their hands from future litigation. But by all means, this will not deter the fraudsters. As long as there are suckers who keep joining sh**, these sites will flourish. And I used to be one of those "suckers", and I stopped being one. Time for people to start doing the same and stop supporting scams online :D
