I have a friend that started doing faucets way back when bitcoin first started. Well she up and sold all her bitcoin a few months back for over $8000 cash. Not bad for free cash. I don't have much last time I looked it was up to $15 worth in my account. Luckily it was all free. So I guess if it drops I maybe have like $2 in there if it goes really low. However I couldn't care less it was free.

This may sound bad, but I hope Bitcoin never gets too expensive, I would hate that the rats that contributed nothing to increase the use of BTC (i.e. those kneading more and more BTC and holding it) received most of the benefits.

I can say I cashed out some of the BTC I had earned as a freelancer (back when it was just 200 ~ 800 USD) for 2,600... I am already happy with that.

I am also earning a decent side income thanks to my Bitcoin "knowledge"... Bitcoin has improved my life in many ways :D.

(Regarding the post... I saw BTC falling to 200 per coin and then start going up and up till ~3,000. Be patient, sell some when prices are high just in case it ever hits the ground).

If you look at a long term semilog chart you'll see bitcoin has had similar declines before as has any publicly traded stock or commodity. It's the rule not the exception. Declines are something to be planned for and taken advantage of. Volatility is opportunity.

Such volatility doesn't make bitcoin bad for sites such as Clixsense to accept. They can use services such as Bitpay which insulate them from the volatility by converting accepted funds immediately into their preferred currency. Fees for this are 1%, quite competitive with services such as Paypal.

This is why I don't trade bitcoins on the market. I bought some when they were cheap and then just save them.
Price should go up to 3k by next year. Not gonna happen in 2017.

I am still doing the faucets who knows maybe I will have half a one and can cash it in by then. Might as well make a few bucks from it.

And 4 days after your post it rose $1k
