I applied for a Payoneer account about a week ago and was accepted. As I do not see any withdraw menu (see image), I send a ticket to customer support with my query. They replied after 7 days saying it's not visible because funds are automatically transferred to our added local bank within 24 hours. I do not see an option to confirm my bank account too (I did added my bank account no. while signing up, but bank work always needed cross-checked), is it worth the long process? Or should I stay on Payza?
Is it just me or does every other Payoneer account holders from India have similar menu option?

They Transfer Fund automatically within 24 hrs.For Account Verification you need to mail them asking for Bank Details. Payoneer is much better than payza.
