Edited: Another site that is similar click ads to get paid was shutdown by Paypal. It's disappointing they are doing this. At this point I think we should show them by not using them anymore. I wanna try out payza, I've just been using tango.

Paypal screws over a lot of their customers. From what I've been reading

Clixsense and many others aren't scam sites. They would know this and do know this. It's not just this. I've been reading they screw a lot of people over that's not even related to this. Anyway, I just thought I'd point out they did another site.

What is this scam site you
speak of?

A free to join site that offers
ads to click, but not honoring
a request to cash out?

Is that a scam?

How long you have to wait
before it's a scam.

Its the end of the month and
I have not received payment
from four reputable
companies. Amazon being
one.

Is that a scam?

If a website says make $6,000
a week.

Then on the bottom is a banner
that says "Site hosted free at wix"
could be a clue...

funny thing, they used to have a PTC site like 5 years ago that it's Cash's out was $1,000.
they had $5 a piece clicking ads. and a clixgrid.

the ringer was they never paid out, even though they showed payoff proofs daily.

You didn't have to.

I call it the "green site".

Heck its on every AdHitz Ads
at the bottom of this page.

Most likely because you
posted it...

Maybe if I write
"Traffic Exchange" it will mix
it up.

The thing is --Paypal was too stupid to shut down the 'Scam' sites . Think about it = they would only have money coming in -- No payouts . So, the only way they had of finding out would be complaints from people .
How many people actually would bother to make this complaint ?
.
Summary = No they did not shut down PTC sites for being 'Scam' .
They shut them down because of paying out to " Possible " terrorists .
Especially if the site is American and has International members.

One popular PTR site I was
a member of for 9 years
(now shut down, not PP related)
required a SS#(W9) at signup.

Come to think of it, that scam
site still owes almost $30...

Their sister site is still up.
That's good for another $30.
(not active for months)

PayPal has been suspending accounts for many many years.

To go on and on about PayPal shutting down PTC's is almost irrelevant.

Did you know in the USA, in most Cities, traffic cops must meet a quota? Did you know that?
For example if a traffic cop only gives out 5 tickets in one month, he might be considered not
doing his job. His job might be in jeopardy. Think about it.

It's easy to get stuck in an industry you have been using for awhile. The fact of the matter is,
there's an entire internet out there and 99.999% of it is NOT ptc's.

If I had to guess, I'd guess that a day doesn't go by that PayPal doesn't suspend accounts for
one reason or another.

Given that Paypal are being subjected to lawsuits and investigations of money-laundering due to their association with select sites, it is not surprising they are pulling out from any sites remotely resembling those sites. I have no problem with doing it as they need to protect their (and their shareholders') interests otherwise they are at risk of massive fines/being forced to shut etc etc...unfortunately, legitimate websites such as Clixsense are being caught up in it through no fault of their own but there's not a lot can be done about it. My issue with Paypal is with the way they have been dealing with, and continue to deal with, this whole situation....if they had dealt with it properly, they may even have got through it all with their reputation intact (possibly enhanced for being upfront and honest), instead, their reputation has gone through the floor due to their woefully pathetic handling of it
