Peanut Labs

#1 by lotoole » Sat Aug 12, 2017 16:42

I've taken these surveys for over a year with no problems. Received a screen today when I clicked on Peanut Labs that account was permanently suspended with no specific explanation. Perplexing since I take all surveys in a careful and honest way.

Anyone else run into any problems with Peanut Labs?

Thanks. I clicked on the contact customer service. I think that goes to Peanut Lab not Clixsense.

I did send a ticket to Clixsense support and was amazed to get a response back within five minutes on a weekend. That's impressive. Basically, they referred me to Peanut Labs.

To some extent, we're at the mercy of the advertisers. If you make an error or provide an opinion that one of their employees don't like, you can be SOL.

Yes! I got the same message from Peanut Labs this morning. I haven't a clue what I did wrong or why they suspended me. I have wracked my brain trying to think of a reason they would suspend me, but I got nothing. I too have always been honest in all the surveys I do and also in doing the offers. What really pissed me off was the cartoon of Pinocchio, with his very long nose, in prison garb and behind bars. Did you get that picture as well. They might as well have called me a lying criminal. I have been outraged all day. I don't mind being chastised if I do something wrong but not when I don't have a clue what I did, and with no chance to defend myself. I sent an email to their support but have heard nothing back from them.

Anyway, I was hoping this might have been a mistake on their part but I don't suppose it is.

I don't know. I use one other site but don't recall seeing it on there.

Yes! That's exactly the same image I got which strongly suggested I was a lying criminal sack of poop. It was very insulting. I've been indignant for the last couple of days!! Yes,that graphic made the situation far worse.

Well, what do you know? Peanut Labs is now operating for me again. No more banishment from the kingdom. No more graphic of a Pinocchio character with a long nose behind bars. Maybe the Pope put in a good word for me. Anyway, glad it's back.

Leeuna, checks yours. Maybe it's reversed now too.

Thanks for the heads up lotoole. I checked and mine is back up as well. It must have been some sort of glitch in the system. That's what I hope anyway. I'm happy we're back in operation again.

US members get website explorer and other things, as well as many more surveys. However website explorer lately is out of offers.

Persistence is key because I am refused from far more surveys than I complete. However there is a difference in the number of opportunities among countries. Most offers come from advertisers who want to look at the potential market for specific products. If those products are not targeted to your country, you're not going to see the offer.

I usually see 70-100 + offers available every day but I don't qualify for most of them. (I certainly try, however!)
