May Naka encounter po ba dito na hindi na credit ung survey sa person.ly???

Just want to know, kasi twice na, na hindi nacredit ung survey ko although in the end of the page, they said that i completed the survey and credited. But then as I check my account summary there is no amount credited by Persona.ly. I sent email to their support team together with attached screenshots of the end page, but their always replied: This is not the end page of our offer/survey.

May same case po ba kayo like this?

had experienced it twice in a day both 60cents. nag message na rin ako pero walang reply.

Akala ko ako lang nakaka experience. Nagrereply naman ung support team saken, kaso palaging ganito:
This is not the end page of our offer/survey
Sayang naman ung $1.20 ko, nag eefort pa naman ako para dun. Sa ngayon na di na muna ako nagsasagot ng mga surveys sa Persona.ly. I know, masasayang na naman yun. Sana naman maging ok na ulit ang Persona.ly.

same here eh nung natpos ung survey un nmn ung ending eh,.tpos sasabhin di daw un ung ending page nila

Did you receive any response from CS admin about this since 20th August?

Sa persona.ly support lang po ako nag email that time. Response lang palagi ay: This is not the end page of our offer/survey.
