When Clixsense was updated to the 'improved' design, I was one of the few that were perhaps in favour, yet I'm growing increasingly frustrated by this website. The pop-ups that are appearing when surveys are not helpful or beneficial to us, they benefit the platform and the platform only. You have given very little thought to your users when making this decision. Most users are going to be disappointed and frustrated when surveys decide to phase them out or deem them as unqualified to complete it - why aggravate them further with a popup?

What's more, the number of offers that are actually crediting at the moment has decreased significantly in my opinion. More needs to be done to ensure that the estimated time to complete surveys is more accurate and that eligibility is established earlier on, NOT RIGHT AT THE END.

I give you an example, I found a survey on the main survey wall, it's estimated completion time was 1 minute. Now I read quickly - and it DID NOT take a minute to complete - it was at least 5 minutes. To further add insult to injury, the survey decides not to pay me right at the end!

Something needs to be done to improve the survey taker and offer completers experience. This site seems to significantly favour the opinions and needs of it's offer providers - as apposed to those who actually take their time to complete them.

Ask yourself this... what good are 100's of offer providers, if no one is prepared to actually complete the tasks. Or is it a case of you'll simply continue to rely on those who may be a little strapped for cash, with no alternative but to earn a few extra cents on a site like this? Loosely, that translates to modern slavery in my opinion.

Survey Insurance. . .

I thought it was a good idea last night.

I thought it was a dumb idea this morning.

After coffee, thinking how to implement it. . .

Wouldn't that be a wonderful thing... I wouldn't even be that bothered if there was some sort of consolation prize - i.e. OK, you may not have qualified for that survey - but here's 5 clixcents for trying. Similar the Peanut labs setup. I'm just getting frustrated with having my time wasted - the amount of money these sites offer isn't great, but it's worse when surveys take your answers and offers take your details and both take your time - for nothing back

If surveys were segmented by percent of completion...

Then survey companies would want to qualify you first.

I don't accept the over quota bit. That's not the takers fault.

Obviously we accept the fact we get a couple of cents
for couple minutes of time.

When we get nothing it feels like we wasted a whole day. . .

Putting a bar graph on the page,

Green to start, as you answer it changes color to red.
Then you get a sense it's not what they want.

Are we not living in the days of Algorithms and AI.
