Problemas con compras con Visa Card de Tango

Hola a todos, queria saber si alguien ha tenido problemas con comprar con la Visa de tango en amazon, ya que por mas que intente comprar ( eh intentado recargando balance, con gift card, de 50, 100, 200) no puedo comprar, me llega el siguiente correo de Amazon:

no, el otro dia añadi saldo yo a amazon y pase a paypal tambien.

ten en cuenta que amazon te cobra un dolar y pico para comprobar la tarjeta ( que devuelve en 7 dias) por lo que el saldo completo no lo puedes pasar.

desde que añadi la tarjjeta no me a cobrado nada y e intentado recargar 50 100 y 200 y nada y tengo 210 en la tango card :(

¿Corroboraste que las direcciones/datos estén exactamente igual? (Tarjeta y cuenta de Amazon)

Puede ser eso, yo recargué el balance sin ningún tipo de problemas. Revisa especialmente la dirección que tiene la tarjeta asignada y la que colocaste cuando la añadiste a Amazon.

Corroborá también los correos electrónicos. Tienen que ser los mismos, tanto el que usas en amazon como el que usas en Tango Card. He usado Tango Card y no he tenido problema. He comprado Gift Card de regalo sin ningún problema y por el total de la Tarjeta de Tango Card, jamás me han cobrado comisiones adicionales.

Una duda para amazon España... si pasas saldo, compras gift card o haces una compra, ¿hace la conversión a euros automáticamente o el saldo se queda en dólares??
