we are same . I am also lost and don't know what to do.

Everyday if you stay online here for 5-6 hours you will get the hang of how things work.,most members are not able to earn much from survey because by the time you try them the required kota is obtained by the survey company try to do surveys as soon as you get them in your survey page thats the reason why you need to stay active,also try to find out at what time do you get surveys regularly in your region.
