Hello with your browser open, can you please hit CTRL-SHIFT-DEL on your keyboard. Then in the window that opens clear your temporary internet cache including cookies. (Click temporary files and cookies).
Then once this is completed, close your browser and then click on the start button and in the search box enter this:
cmd
Then hit enter. A black box will appear. In the box enter this:
ipconfig /flushdns
Then hit enter.
Once that is done close this window, restart your browser and try again. If this doesn't work please unplug your cable or dsl modem for 5 minutes and then plug it back in and try again.
Thank you
this is what brian sir told me
but in simple if you are using wifi simply disconnect it and connect to wifi again and refresh the page it works
if you are using mobile data turn off mobile data and turn it on again and then refresh the page it works and this might be a temporary issue
