Log in trouble

Locked

#1 by MMurphy631 » Thu Sep 21, 2017 11:44

Is anyone having trouble with the login screen? When I go to the login page there's nowhere to enter my information. I can eventually get in by going to different pages but it's annoying. Never had it happen before.

Me too. Today I had to make several tries until I was able to get the correct login page, it was annoying.

My guess is:

1. Server Hiccup

2. They are working on the log in page

3. Too many accessing the page at the same time

I also had similar log-in issues for a few days. It seems to have been corrected though as it had been going through for me since yesterday.

Hello with your browser open, can you please hit CTRL-SHIFT-DEL on your keyboard. Then in the window that opens clear your temporary internet cache including cookies. (Click temporary files and cookies).

Then once this is completed, close your browser and then click on the start button and in the search box enter this:

cmd

Then hit enter. A black box will appear. In the box enter this:

ipconfig /flushdns

Then hit enter.

Once that is done close this window, restart your browser and try again. If this doesn't work please unplug your cable or dsl modem for 5 minutes and then plug it back in and try again.

Thank you

this is what brian sir told me

but in simple if you are using wifi simply disconnect it and connect to wifi again and refresh the page it works
if you are using mobile data turn off mobile data and turn it on again and then refresh the page it works and this might be a temporary issue

Yes, something still not quite correct .
And it is not the cache or DNS...

It might be a good idea to state what browser you are using.

I am on MAC and using Safari browser and have not experienced the issue y'all are stating.

i didn't see this topic until now. i submitted a ticket because I have been having the same problem for 2 days now. It's frustrating and I thought it was just me. Evidently not. Hope they fix it soon. I did put a note under the Support page about it.
