Hi there,

I am new to this site. I was wondering, does Clixsense allow Neteller now?
Second, how to earn through offers? All the offers need money to fulfill them?

The options for payments for you is listed in your profile area in a drop down menu.
If neteller is listed, then you may choose it.

In regards to offers, each offer states what to do in order to complete the offer.

If you withdraw with SKRILL you can transfer those funds to neteller , they charge 3% comission
