Yes it is frustrating. It happens to everyone. I don't think the advertisers are intentionally cheating people. As we fill out the surveys, we're not the lone person doing them. There may be a hundred other people doing them. So, yes they may fill their quotas and shut down just as we reach the end. Wish there was a more efficient way for this to work.
