Hi Guys, in the last withdrawal I made with payza(bank transfer) they send back the money to the payza wallet saying that the purpose code was not correct.

and I used the same code which I have used for my last previous transactions and they all were successful so did not face the problem like this before.

the purpose code I used was " Trade transactions up to 5 lacks"

What should I do now, please help guys.

Bro, how much day take to reversal when withdrawal completed email from payza you received.
I have Received mail withdrawal completed on 29/11/2017 still amount not credit to my bank account.

payza takes 30 days to reverse/ refund the amount .. i experienced this personally. because of state bank ifsc code changes.

Bro. fund has been reversal & mention Purpose code Not corrected. BtW i enter purpose code "Credit to Non-resident(External) Rupee accounts Maintained by Non-resident Indians in Indian Rupees."

Used above mention purpose code & request for withdrawal on 22/12/2017 but, still amount ($115 ) not yet credit over 6 days

i have face same issue fro 15/12/2017 $50.00 not credit in bank.
