Since when does Clixsense steal our cash? I finally got access again to my account after 3 months of no internet and found my account at $0.00 you all had closed my account and I had to reopen it. You took $53 out of my account what in the heck. I have had times when I wouldn't access Clixsense for 6+ months and my few dollars was still in there. I move to Maine with no access and you do crap like this. Please explain. I had cash in there from my upgrades as well as from my surveys. That was rip off.

Possible...

Go ahead and send a ticket... Never know...

I remember a post you said you were going on hiatus...

A post on this very topic, I believe...

Good luck,

I am sorry to hear this but clixsense did according user's agreement in which you agree on when signing up!
It happened to me once years ago!

It's important to access your account once in a while!

User aggreement

Inactivity - If your account should go to inactive status (90 days with no logins), ClixSense will consider the account abandoned and it will be closed. ClixSense will send email reminders at 7, 30 & 83 days reminding you that if you fail to login your account will be closed. After account closure, all funds (money) in the account will be forfeited and the balance zeroed. If you reopen this account the balance that was reclaimed will not be credited back. Any referrals in your downline when it's closed for inactivity will remain in the account. Any unspent ad credits are also reclaimed when an inactive account is closed. While this account is inactive, any referrals in your downline may request to change their sponsor. If you reactivate your account these referrals who left your downline will not be assigned back, they are lost.

If you didn't received that email as warning, it might got landed in your spam folder and if not then you should be able updating your contact email!
In case you cannot update that then by sending them a ticket by asking them to update will do!

On the good side even if you were log into your account 91 days straight to find no earning at all, it doesn't makes you innactive
Now you understand the importance accessing your account often!

It's always been this way. I will say that maybe in the first year or two of ClixSense it
may have stated something differently. Long since before you were here, the terms
have always stated that you forfeit your earnings if you are inactive 90+ days.

so in other words those of us that move to a place like Haynesville Maine are n crap creek because there is no data there even for cell phones. No internet available or anything. I guess Clixsense figures everyone world wide can access the internet. Today will be my last time here. They know where they can stick my refund for upgrades. Oh and it wasn't even 90 days.

Yes it would be exactly 90 days of inactivity and balance is forfeited.

This is automatic. ClixSense does not manually sift through millions of members to see if they are
active or not. The system automatically places the member on inactive mode when the member
has not logged in for 90 days.

ClixSense is not configured for mobile but often members do not have issues using mobile with it.

ClixSense is not configured for the world. ClixSense has no control over a person's internet service
or internet usage.

90 days is generous. I was on a site that took my money after 30 days. I was away and had no access to a computer. Of course when you are away you cannot do anything on Clixsense except look at the forum. If you have a laptop and take it with you a person should be able to access their sites and do the surveys, tasks etc. That is why we have a laptop. Anyway when I go away for a month I cannot do anything here.
