Bonjour,

J'aimerais savoir pourquoi VadioLoyality ne paye plus. J'essaie chaque jour à différent moment de la journée et j'obtiens toujours un "unmark", donc aucun gain.

Voilà, j'attend un explication svp. Merci !

il faut contacter le support pour avoir une réponse sinon regarder sur le forum anglais si un autre membre à le même problème. :)

Voici la réponse que j'ai eu suite à l'émission de mon ticket:

Hello, why VideoLoyality does not pay for several days? I try at different times of the day and I receive the notification "unmark" after a viewing of more than 20 minutes of video.

Please tell me what's wrong with VideoLoyality.

Je crois que c'est en maintenance car là la page VideoLoyality ne s'ouvre pas. Croisons les doigts. :)
