I would quit with clixsense, there is no more ads, only tasks and when I work on tasks my accuracy is most of the time to low, surveys i get rarely, I also have an account on paypal which is for clixsense useless, so i am going to quit, my balance is about 8$, not enough to be payed out ... is there option to spend this amount somehow or change for anything

The cash out amounts are stated in the FAQ about payments. You could hang around
and earn enough to cash out. Since you already have over $8, you might want to see
if you can continue to earn more so that you can cash out.
