I've noticed that just about everything you can do on this site requires you to log into a social media account. Why? Why must one HAVE to have one? I just don't see the point in needing to socialize like some attention-craving lunatic just to fill out a survey.

I don't know of anything here that requires a social media account.

CrowdFlower requires a facebook account. At facebook, you can
have multiple accounts. You don't need to socialize.

However, you may notice with many sites and programs, a Facebook
account is required also. Even big company sites.

I suspect it serves several purposes. For example much easier to
log in and sign up, ip track to prevent cheating, etc. Oh and password
recovery can be much easier.

Never seen any surveys that requires you to log in on any social media site :?:

Crowdflower and "SOME" offers do require you to log in to Facebook.

Personally i don't use Facebook, If they we're a company in Denmark, They would be illegal.

I dont have any social media account, and dont even find it necessary to have one,on the contrary I have completed many surveys based on social media even here on Clixsense, giving opinion about facebook, twitter, whatsapp or for that matter any thing without having an account, and never had a reversal.
