The email they sent out earlier said their services are open to everyone, except the United States, which would be inline with the little we know of the legal situation.
What we don't know is how many of their assets are in the US. If they've got a barebones infrastructure there, they could survive even if (or let's be honest, when) found guilty. If they've got a lot of assets there, they could hit liquidity problems in a matter of days even if they were, by some miracle, to be found innocent further down the line.
