If you got 1 million dollars right now? Would you retire at age 25 years old if you have millions dollars?

I would do it as soon possible and I can relax watch Netflix all day long?

Why work for someone to make them richer?

Retire young and travel around the world with your millions dollars?

1 Million dollars...

Is that a lot of money?

That's only $20,000 a year if you live to 75.

What about taxes?

You would need more than a million to retire at age 25.
Now once I get my million I can live out my live in comfort.

A million dollars in the USA is not a whole lot of money any more.
If you retired at 25 years old because you had a million dollars and expected to watch
netflix the rest of your life, best think again because it won't last you very long.

You do not have to pay any taxes at all? Its your money? So its tax free.

Please do not disturb me with million dollar only , no value in Australia and interest in banks will be max 25 000 a year , just a bit over half yearly minimum pay here

Next time do not come with new topic if it is not minimum 10 million

No wonder you are always dreaming, there are people who want to be active and earn even after retirement age, your retirement should be at birth and then dream I am shure even God cannot do it.

1 Million is not enough for 1 life at least if you're planning to buy a house and get live like a middle class person. Just my opinion. Getting a lot of free time makes people get anxiety, feel depressed and other mental diseases in the 90% of cases. Invest your money in some interesting project or business it will improve your quality life.
