I once used Skrill for payout and that was my first and last transaction
with them.For they demand high fees for withdrawal to your bank account.
Stay away from Skrill.

Just because they charge high fees and/or you don't like them does not mean
they are a scam. Personally I have no knowledge of them. However, what a
world it would be if we called everything a scam that we don't like. If you are
going to make such blatant accusations you best have proof of what you say.
