Scared to dead .......tasman1

Read just few lines from Australian newspaper

Topic .....Eutanasia

A Perth doctor who admitted helping a terminally ill patient die said she’s willing to risk being charged with murder to legalise euthanasia.
The doctor said she’s considering revealing the identity of the patient she gave the lethal injection to, risking being charged with murder.

Now A.M.A. [Australian Medical Board ] comment on that

The AMA’s WA president Dr Omar Khorsid said there’s no evidence doctors are scared of the law when it comes to palliative care.

“We shorten patients’ lives regularly if that’s the right thing to do at the very end of life,” he said.

WOW , Criminals do not care about Law , they just kill us , no more asking fammily ,

Are they GODS ? Are they above law ? Are they humans or Devil ? Is it a time to run out from this shit hole ? Or time for revolution ?

OR WE JUST LET IT BE AND DIE LIKE A SHIT ????????????

Apparently the doctor did not say about talking with the patient and the family ?
As long as this was done, then it is actually a better way..
Why suffer for years if it is unbearable.. :? :?

I think the main problem is advancement in technology exceeds our advancement
in mentality and humanity.

The more we advance in health care, the longer people may live and also may live
in a way that is unsuitable for them.

Personally and everything I have witnessed in my life working in health care, it is
not a lonesome decision.

Life is not easy. Death may not be either. But it is all part of life. Fortunately in
today's world we do have an abundance of pain killers. The personal decision to
end one's life because of pain, does not do well in the excuse mode. The decision
to end one's life because they see themselves as no longer a viable human being,
may be more in sync.

It is one of those extremely tough questions in which there is truly no answer and
in regards to right or wrong, heaven or hell, that bares on those immediately involved.

Must die once we stop working ? I think we will see that in next 5 years

I don't think humans are a mother nature vomit.

I will say that I think there are humans that have certainly contributed
to the vomit on this planet.

There are some decisions that must be left to the family. Strangers who try to interject their own personal beliefs based on religious beliefs must be prevented from interfering. If you want to let your loved ones die horrible deaths and they're all for it, that's your family's decision.

Having watched two loved ones die of cancer, suffering terribly, I know that painkillers have their limitations. In one case, the physician wisely administered medication that put the patient into a merciful coma state. Everyone has the right to die with dignity. And this does not concern strangers.

It's your responsibility. At least in the USA. I don't know about all the countries in the world.

If you care about those you love, you will take action yourself now.

In the USA we have what is known as a 'Will' and also a 'Living Will'.
In fact in most hospitals forms must be signed before being admitted in regards to life decisions.

Not in all cases but in the majority, it is people that have not taken legal control
of their own wishes. In not doing so, it may put a burden on family.

I don't believe in suicide and I don't believe that should ever be an option. I do believe
people should have the legal option to die naturally without medical intervention, if they
so choose.

The number ONE biggest step is for people to make their wishes known, legally, long in
advance and while they are in sound mind and body.

From January 1 2019 Eutanasia will be legal in state of Victoria [ Australia ]

Legal ? yes , will they ask people if that is ok or not ? or referendum ? , no they will not

Will they ask me in hospital if I like to be put down or not , no they will not .... they will put me down and say they helped me

Humans never make any law bullet proof and they never will

In not so far future, think 5-10 years they will HELP MILLIONS IF NOT BILLIONS TO DIE WITH NO PAIN .......ohh shit , what a shit ,

No, I think you are looking the wrong way..
Only if you ask for it and your family agrees will they consider it.
They will not just decide that someone is to die because they are old or have been diagnosed with only a few months or years left.
The person MUST ASK for it..

I think what tasman1 is getting at is that the day may come when people are
murdered legally.

I can't remember the name of the movie I saw when I was a kid but it was
back in the late 60's when it came out. If you were over the age of 40 you
were considered old and worthless. So everyone that was over 40 was sent
to camps like prisons.

There was also another movie that came out about the same time as that
one in which the world had become over populated and there was not much
land left. There was one small piece of land left and there was a big physical
race and whomever won, got the land.

I am just saying we don't know what the world will be like years from now
and killing people because they are old and or sick, may not be so far fetched.

I've always respected how some countries cherish their old people. They are
smart and realize it is the elderly that hold the key to past and future.

America does a poor job of caring for their elderly, I am ashamed to say.
