how time is my ticket will getting response? its almost 12 hours and my ticket doesnt get response, why?

Help desk tickets are usually replied to within 48 hours.

No use of ticket also i filed 3 times and got same reply happen sometimes just try another survey :lol:

It depends what was in ticket
I never did have a problem with that
For me I send a ticket only few time in a year [ if I have a real problem ] and got Real Good replay from Admin

There is no way we could possibly know why...however, they could be busy or there are a lot of tickets to answer etc etc. Your ticket will be replied to soon enough (assuming you haven't asked a question that is not allowed such as "where is my payment"..unless it's been a long time etc). Patience is a rapidly disappearing trait it seems

After completing survey while submitting problem comes i even took screenshot and file ticket and use to get reply try another survey
