For some unknown reason you cannot dispute flags directly through the dashboard anymore, the only method is through a new support ticket. How long it takes to be removed is impossible to know, there is no fixed amount of time, it depends on when a support agent will read your ticket, how many others complained of the flag, etc. Usually they have a policy of removing flags if at least 40% received a flag on the same task. There is one thing to say about Startup companies that use crowd sourced workers, they all have one thing in common - Bad support, bad communication and they address the least importance to the very same people who make their business - the crowd.
So your only hope is support ticket - I've had unfair flags too in my CF career, some took as much as over a year to year and a half until I made a few follow-ups. Just make sure you do not open multiple support tickets for the same JOB ID flag, it will actually add more to the delay. Send a ticket and give them a reasonable amount of time to reply, and then follow-up the SAME ticket. By reasonable amount of time, in terms of F8, at least 1-2 weeks for a reply, if not follow-up. You may receive an automated message. If at least 40% of contributors complained of the flag your chances are that the flag will eventually be removed. Problem is.......a support person must get to it. It is unclear if F8 even has support, I have never needed to use them yet.
