How long does it take for a flag on a profile to be removed ?

Flag removal could take a couple of days, a week, a month or even more depending on the type of flag you received and other factors.

The only thing you can do is dispute the flag and wait for the flag to be lifted.

Your surveys profile has been flagged for possible inaccurate or incomplete information and for that reason we need to verify a few things. The reason you are given the opportunity to complete surveys is because the researchers need your valuable input, and if you are not being honest your answers are not useful. Survey honesty is of paramount importance.



It came to our attention that some people are intentionally giving fake information to qualify for more surveys. This kind of behavior is not acceptable and does not help anyone in any way, resulting only in accounts being permanently banned.
If you saw somewhere or if someone showed you how to complete your profile in a certain way please note that there is only one correct way of completing your profile, and that is with truthful information. All you must do is give honest and accurate information.
We are not saying that you have intentionally given fake information, but we need you to review and update your profile now to make sure no inaccuracies exist. I'm sorry... I was referring to the jobs (Figure Eight) ---> Not the surveys (YourSurveys).

Sometimes you have to be more specific when asking for help in the forum because you can receive wrong information.

You'll have to wait for someone else to clarify your doubt.

In my case I got minor flag. But the dispute page is no longer available. Is anyone facing the same problem?

update your survey profile. most probably problem will be solved.

For some unknown reason you cannot dispute flags directly through the dashboard anymore, the only method is through a new support ticket. How long it takes to be removed is impossible to know, there is no fixed amount of time, it depends on when a support agent will read your ticket, how many others complained of the flag, etc. Usually they have a policy of removing flags if at least 40% received a flag on the same task. There is one thing to say about Startup companies that use crowd sourced workers, they all have one thing in common - Bad support, bad communication and they address the least importance to the very same people who make their business - the crowd.

So your only hope is support ticket - I've had unfair flags too in my CF career, some took as much as over a year to year and a half until I made a few follow-ups. Just make sure you do not open multiple support tickets for the same JOB ID flag, it will actually add more to the delay. Send a ticket and give them a reasonable amount of time to reply, and then follow-up the SAME ticket. By reasonable amount of time, in terms of F8, at least 1-2 weeks for a reply, if not follow-up. You may receive an automated message. If at least 40% of contributors complained of the flag your chances are that the flag will eventually be removed. Problem is.......a support person must get to it. It is unclear if F8 even has support, I have never needed to use them yet.

Hello the flag that I have in here in the polls of clixsense I had a problem with my internet and when I return my internet already had that flag from yesterday, it has not been removed and the tikts in support only they close them
